As a response to a cancelled show at Parklife Festival, DJ and producer Chris Stussy launched a spontaneous, free event in Manchester. I was responsible for developing the visual identity, including the event logo and social media flyer design. The name N.A.M.E. (Not A Money Event) references the openness of the guest list.
The minimal typographic approach reflects the nature of the event — a free, music-focused gathering without distractions. A clean sans-serif type and a steady grid were used, representing the rhythm of electronic music. The use of punctuation was inspired by the abbreviation N.A.M.E., referencing the digital culture around EDM, where symbols are often part of the visual identity.
